Return Policy

We want you to love your order! However, because most of our products are made to order or are limited-run physical media, we are only able to offer returns or exchanges in the case of damaged or misprinted items.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections on apparel.
  • All CD and vinyl sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
  • Please double-check size guides, product details, and order information before placing your order.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item(s)
